Common questions about our China sourcing agent fees
What does the $95 Match fee include?
The Match fee covers supplier identification, factory verification, and quotes for up to 10 SKUs from that supplier. You receive a Supplier Passport Lite with key details about the factory. This fee is credited back when you place a purchase order with that supplier.
When do I pay the 5% commission?
The commission is charged only when you confirm a purchase order. It covers price negotiation, terms alignment, PO placement, and an open-book order sheet showing exact factory costs. The fee is capped at $2,500 per order, regardless of order size.
Is QC inspection really included?
Yes. Standard AQL sampling and a QC Evidence Pack are included at no extra charge. This covers pre-shipment inspection with photos and a detailed report. For specialized testing or additional inspection rounds, we can arrange those at cost.
What happens if my order gets delayed?
Our Escalation service kicks in. For $300/week, we apply pressure on the supplier, develop recovery plans, and provide priority status updates. This is optional and only used when your order faces significant delays or quality issues.
Are there any hidden fees?
None. The table shows exactly what you pay at each stage. Freight and duties are passed through at cost with no markup. The Match fee is even credited back when you proceed with an order.
Can I skip stages I don't need?
Absolutely. If you already have a supplier and just need QC, start at Monitor. If you need help with a difficult supplier, add Escalation. Our stage-based model means you only pay for what you use.
