- Shipping carton dimensions
Functional Testing
- Product operates as intended
- All features work correctly
- Safety mechanisms function
- Electrical items: safety tests passed
- Moving parts operate smoothly
Packaging Inspection
- Correct packaging materials
- Adequate protection for shipping
- Labels and barcodes correct
- Inner packaging as specified
- Carton strength adequate
Documentation
- Packing list matches contents
- Test reports available (if applicable)
- Compliance certificates present
- Photos taken of defects
- Inspection report completed

- Safety hazards

Major (AQL 2.5):

Post-Inspection Actions
